Greetings from the deck,

My name is Diane Muehlbauer.  For more the 20 years I’ve been investigating crimes against children and vulnerable people in Central Minnesota.  Some of you might have seen interviews about the work I’ve done on the Jacob Wetterling case.  Over the years I’ve taped hundreds of interviews with victims, law enforcement and observers.  I look forward to sharing and discussing my work with you.  For years people wanted me to stop asking questions and digging into things.  I’m not stopping until we all know the truth and we change things around here.

I’m now part of the Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force. Recently my business partners and I created a social enterprise called vocnow.com. Vocnow stands for Vision of Change Now.  Ten percent of the profits for the products and services available on the site support social change.  We realized we needed a clearer picture of the trauma happening in Central Minnesota so we created the Trauma Identification Project and vocnow.com to fund it.

The Trauma Identification Project or (TIP) will be a place to gather and share information safely on-line. In order to have trauma informed care and services we need to know what the need is.  TIP will help us get a clearer picture of the type and extent of trauma in the area from child sexual abuse to satanic ritual abuse to human trafficking.  We know it is happening and has been for a long time. The don’t tell aspect of abuse helps continue the victimization and we want Central Minnesota to be a TrueSafeHarbor for people.  With your help we can make that Vision a reality.

I’m really excited to have a place to release the book I have been working on “Why Was He Taken?” It will be available on vocnow.com.  No release date is currently set. I will keep you posted.  Vocnow.com will have T-shirts, clothes, jewelry, art, books and services that support social change.  Purchase with a purpose. Well, it’s getting buggy.  That’s it from the deck tonight. I will blog again soon. What’s your Vision of Change Now?

Got Voc?

Hi, I think your website might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your website in Chrome, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, very good blog!
